Sales terms and quotations
Understand prices, quote requests and the details to confirm before a sale.
Catalogue and quote requests
You can browse models, compare specifications and build a configuration. Submitting a form requests contact or a quotation, not a binding order. Availability, compatibility and lead time are confirmed in writing before any commitment.
Prices and exclusions
Displayed amounts are indicative, in euros, including French VAT at 20%. The configurator adds priced options; unpriced choices require a quotation. Delivery, unloading, installation, connections and crane lifting are not automatically added. The quotation must specify the total price and agreed services.
Delivery and after-sales service
Before a sale, the quotation must state the address, agreed lead time, access, unloading and damage or fault procedure. Report problems promptly and keep useful photos. Lack of reservations on the delivery note does not, on its own, remove statutory warranties.
Withdrawal and statutory warranties
A distance sale to a consumer normally provides a 14-day withdrawal period. Made-to-order production alone does not exclude it: any customisation exception must be justified and explained before the sale. The procedure, address, bulky-return cost and withdrawal form still need to be finalised.
Statutory warranties, including conformity for two years from delivery of new goods and hidden-defect rights, apply under their legal conditions. Any manufacturer warranty does not replace them. Final documents must identify the seller, after-sales procedure and consumer mediator.
To finalise before the first sale
Seller identity and contact details; delivery areas and costs; payment and any deposit; lead time and quotation validity; returns and withdrawal form; warranties and after-sales service; mediator. No deposit, deadline, carrier or mediator is invented here.
