Each model is made to order and delivered directly to your address. Transport is quoted according to the model, address and access.
Production and lead time
There is no stock: your tub or sauna is made for you. Lead times depend on season and configuration and are confirmed in the written quote.
Transport
Direct delivery to your address. Cost depends on the exact address, model and any tail-lift needed, and is quoted before you commit.
What is not included
Installation, ground preparation, power and water connections and any crane lift are not included in delivery.
Check before ordering
- Can a truck reach your address? Consider narrow roads, slopes, gates and overhead cables.
- What is the route to the final location? Saunas arrive assembled: measure passage width and height.
- Is the ground level, stable and load-bearing? Sauna timber structures weigh 600–1,500 kg depending on model, and a filled tub weighs considerably more.
- Is a suitable power supply available for the sauna, chiller or electrical options?
- For wood-fired tubs, does the chimney location comply with local rules and neighbourhood requirements?
