Privacy and data protection
Information about requests sent to SPAVOO, security and your rights. The controller’s identity and retention periods must be finalised before commercial launch.
Collected data and purposes
A form sends your name, email, message and the information you choose to provide. A quote request can also include your configuration, phone and delivery information. Required fields are marked; requests cannot be sent without them. Do not add unnecessary sensitive data.
Legal bases
Preparing a quotation at your request is pre-contractual processing. Answering general questions and preventing abuse rely on legitimate interests in handling enquiries and securing the service. The checkbox acknowledges the information; it does not subscribe you to marketing or authorise marketing without a legal basis.
Recipients and processors
Requests are sent to [email protected] and handled by those responsible for replying for SPAVOO. Cloudflare processes submission and OVHcloud provides email. Form contact details are not stored in your browser or an application database. Any necessary supplier sharing must be limited to relevant information and explained to you.
Retention and data controller
Received messages remain in SPAVOO email. The legal controller’s identity, correspondence and technical-log retention periods, archiving rules and deletion procedure still need validation and publication. No automatic email deletion is claimed. These points prevent this policy being described as final.
Security and spam protection
Connections use HTTPS. The server validates fields and recalculates amounts from the catalogue. Cloudflare Turnstile protects forms against automated submissions and may process IP and browser information. Processing may occur outside the EEA; applicable contractual safeguards and providers must be checked before launch. See the service privacy documentation below.
Your rights and complaints
To access or correct your data, request erasure or restrict processing, contact [email protected]. Depending on the legal basis, objection or portability rights may also apply. You may complain to the French CNIL. Clearing a local configuration does not delete an email already sent.
No advertising trackers or analytics added
This version uses no Google Analytics, advertising pixel or embedded external video. There is therefore no advertising-consent choice to simulate. If such tools are added, they must remain blocked before consent, with equally simple refusal and acceptance and a changeable choice. Turnstile only protects forms.
Functional preferences on your device
Local storage keeps only your language (spavoo-language) and selected configuration (spavoo-configuration). It does not track visits. The configuration stays on this device until replaced or cleared; it is transmitted only when you submit a quote request. Clear it below or delete website data in your browser.
